Strength, mobility, and long-term health are investments in how you live, move, and feel for decades to come. I often tell clients to think of training as a retirement plan for your body — something you build steadily so you can stay strong, capable, and independent through every season of life.

I meet clients where their body is today and design programs that move them toward where they want to go — whether that means building strength, improving athletic performance, training toward a specific goal, preventing injury, or continuing to live an active lifestyle without limitation.

Training here is thoughtful and progressive, built around your body, your goals, and your long-term health — whether you train with me in the studio or through personalized online coaching.

I’ve spent most of my life in the fitness world, including training for a bodybuilding competition, and I understand firsthand how bodies change through different phases of life. Training should evolve with you, not work against you.

Whether you’re working toward a performance goal or simply want to stay strong and capable as you age, my goal is to help you build strength that carries into your everyday life so you can keep doing the things you love for as long as possible.

I’m also actively involved in the local community and serve as Vice President of the Coastal Women’s Collective, supporting and connecting women in business.
